LOCAL DELIVERY

1. Delivery within Singapore will be charged at a flat rate of SGD10 per order for standard delivery and SGD10 - 25 per order for express delivery, regardless of the number of items.

2. Local orders above SGD80 will be entitled to FREE standard delivery.

3. Your order will be delivered by courier for livestocks or by registered parcel for plants and accessories.

4. You will receive a notification via email or sms when the order has been dispatched.

5. We are unable to ship orders to restricted locations in Singapore including: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.

6. Your order will be ready for delivery within 3 to 7 working days (Wed or Saturday), orders for livestock will be packed on the same day for the dispatch.

7. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA), please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.

IMPORTER Contact Info

1. Orders from overseas will be dispatched directly from our holding facilities to the Exporter.

2. The shipping fee is calculated based on the number of fishes plus the cargo, quarantine costs from our holding facilities to the Exporter and all the way to the Transhipper (Importer).

3. The shipping fee DOES NOT cover the handling and postage fees from Transhipper to your address.

4. Buyers are required to PAY the transhipping fee directly to the Transhipper.

5. You will be notified of the shipment dates available via email.

6. It will take 2-3 days for the order to reach the Exporter, and another 1-2 days for it to arrive at your Transhipper.

7. The Transhipper will then ship the order to you upon receiving confirmation of your preferred shipping date and address.

8. In the event of Death on Arrival (DOA) with the exception of Betta Macrostomas, please send clear photo or video of the unopened bag by email within 24 hours. Buyer can opt for a replacement of similar value and make payment for shipping again or request for a refund LESS the costs of delivery / shipping.
