HEXAMOR with the active ingredient 2-Amino-5-nitrothiazole heals reliably infections of the intestinal flagellates Spironucleus (used to be caled “Hexamita”).

Symptoms of intestinal flagellates include weight loss, whitish-slimy feaces, a tendency to remain in isolation from other fish and, in advanced stages, whitish holes developing around the head, especially in cichlids like the discus (“hole in the head disease”).

Due to the intestinal infestation fish are not able to properly use the nutrients. This causes the typical whitish holes in the head. hexamor treats infections with intestinal flagellates as Hexamita and Spironucleus.
